I am being nice giving them 1 star. I called in today to see if they had a certain wine. The person who answered just put me on hold for 15 minutes never went and looked for the wine. When I called back she did not like what I had to say and put someone else on the line. That person put the phone down and went to look for it. The person that was rude to me did not realize I heard everything she was saying about me talking to a customer. Saying in i wanted the wine that bad I should get up off my lazy ass and come see if they had the wine. I tried to explain to the person that was helping me on the phone and she just blew me off. Terrible service on the phone. Telling if I come into the store and start something I will get arrested
